British Telecom (BT) 2 + 8 Telephone System Information
The BT 2 + 8 replaced the BT Minimaster range
and was designed as a cheap and cheerful PBX/key system. It uses its own systemphone
or ordinary telephones (SLTs) to connect to extensions. It will support most
2 wire devices such as fax machines, extension bells, answering machines etc.
It's a good little system if you need only basic telephony. Being a BT product
it has a sturdy construction and there are still plenty of them around.
