Dennis' Trade Tip: The BT Versatility has a common difficulty within programming because "Guarded Clear" is enabled in default for PSTN lines. This means that on some exchanges the system will show a line key illuminated for around 45 seconds after a call is terminated. The remedy is to go into programming. Select Lines. Select PSTN Lines. Untick "Guarded Clear"
