Panasonic KX T 206
Comes fully configured as a 2 line 6 extension hybrid (this means you can connect either Panasonic proprietary keyphones or single line telephones to any extension). Has Paging port, Music on hold port.
Panasonic KX T 308
Comes fully configured as a 3 line 8 extension hybrid (this means you can connect either Panasonic proprietary keyphones or single line telephones to any extension). Has Paging port, Music on hold port.
Panasonic KX T 616
Comes fully configured as a 6 line 16 extension hybrid (this means you can connect either Panasonic proprietary keyphones or single line telephones to any extension). Has Paging port, Music on hold port.

Dennis's Trade Tip: Do not use the external bell 80D on this system as it can cause a nasty thing called ring tone trip as the exchange lines ring. This causes the extensions to ring once or twice and then trip out. Instead of the bell 80D use an electronic device such as the Bedlam tone caller. E-mail
Changing the time on a Panasonic KXT 308 or KXT 616
The programming must be done from extension 21 only.
So from extn 21, leaving the handset down, press the key marked intercom or ICM depending on the model of your phone and then dial 77.
Enter the time in 12 hour format, followed by either 0 for AM or 1 for PM
Press the # key to finish.
Changing the time on a PANASONIC KXT 1232
The time must be programmed from the first extension, this is usually extension 201.
From ext. 201, leaving the handset down, set the memory switch on the rear of the phone to the program position and dial 0
Enter the last two digits of the year, then the two digits for the month, two digits for the date, then one digit for the day (with Sunday being 0 through to Saturday being a 6)
Enter the two digits for the hour of the current time, followed by two digits for the minutes.
Enter 0 to indicate AM or a 1 to indicate PM.
Press the AUTODIAL (or the AUTO MEMORY key) and set the switch on the rear of the phone back to the set position.
