When I created this website in 2003, I wanted it to become a helpful resource for telephone engineers and end-users looking for information that is no longer freely available elsewhere. To that end I've posted wiring diagrams, user guides, operator's instructions and programming manuals whenever I have them available as PDFs. I also have a large archive of paper versions amassed during my thirty-four year career. I'm usually happy to give my advice freely when contacted by e-mail or by phone, indeed many or you may well have been helped in this way.
